The Basics:

Name: Oren (Oh-Rin)

Nickname(s): Ren; Used to be known as the Gentle Giant in his old pack.

Age: Two and a half years.

Gender: Male.

Rank: Currently a lone wolf (to be a Marquess).

The Details:

Coat:(Length) Semi-long and quite shaggy. Very rough and beaten looking.

Fur Colour: A dull black with a tannish-brown wisps all over. The underside of his tail is lighter than the other colours.

Eye Colour: A strange, cloudy greyish-blue (See top picture).

Markings/Scars: Tan flecks and wisps on his body. Greyish-brown paws on all feet. Tan lines that run under his eyes, meet behind his skull, and run down his spine. For his scars, his right ear is only half intact. On his left ear, the outer edge is jagged and ripped.

Build: Strong shoulders and head. Long, thick muzzle and back. Deep setting eyes. Slightly stocky legs and long tail. He is quite a bit taller than other wolves, even though he isn't that old. Over all very muscular and tough looking.

Persona:

Personality: Oren tries to cover his fun-loving and gentle nature with a stone cold shield. He is very quiet and to himself, but will always give a good opinion when asked, whether it is his own or not. Rather than share his burdens and tallk about them, he will keep everything that's bothering him to himself. This wolf is very smart and thoughtful, but often keeps those thoughts locked inside his head. He is constantly learning from things all around him. Often tongue-tied, but secretly loves company. Once you break through his cover, he is an amazingly protective and loyal friend.

History: Oren had a very normal life, up until about a half a year ago. His pack was going into war. A violent one, at that. As Oren was trying to escape, he made the mistake of looking backwards at the screams and howls of his friends. The last thing he remembers is slamming his cranium against a large tree.
Now a while later, Oren has given up on finding out who he is. He has gone off as a rouge loner, living off leftovers and plants. He has also resisted the urge to act kind and fun-loving, for he is afraid of who he really is and what people may think of him. Oren knows something happened to him, the real question is what.

Weaknesses: Talking about his past; Running (He is built more for strength, so he can sometimes be quite slow. Plus, his large paws make very loud thumping noises when he runs due to his muscular frame. In short, he's loud and not so fast.); Oren is very clumsy; Self-conscious; and quite awkward.

Strengths: Muscular; Strong; Very smart; Has a large love of learning; Awkward, but somehow likeable; Good listener; Knows a lot about herbs; Amazing survivalist.

Talents: Herbs; Strength; Weirdly enough, tree climbing (He needs this skill for when he lacks shelter and to collect leaves).

Habits: Tripping over things and Snoring when asleep.
